Owners Terms and Conditions for the holiday rental of Villa Numero Uno, Bahia de Vera, Vera Playa

Reservations must be made by the completion of a booking form and payment of the required deposit which is 25% of the total rental cost.

The remaining balance is payable to the owners or their authorised agents no later than 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Cancellations within 8 weeks of travelling will normally result in no refund of payment.

Cheques must be in Pounds Sterling (British Pounds) and payable to the owners RJ & SH Elkins, Ashdene, Mill Lane, Crowborough, East Sussex, TN6 1DU

Cancellations within 7 days of reservation will receive a full refund of the amount paid. After that time deposits are non-returnable. Depending upon the circumstances of your cancellation, your Travel Insurers may reimburse you.

Reservations may be made by email or phone provided the booking form and deposit are received by the owners within 3 working days. No reservation is guaranteed until the booking is accepted and confirmed by the owners and the deposit payment cleared.

Except when agreed by prior arrangement a booking starts no earlier than 4:00pm (16:00 hrs) local time on the day of arrival and ends no later than 12:00 noon local time on the day of departure.

The owners are not tour operators, their luxury villa is let on a self catering basis to independent travellers. As such they are unable to offer inclusive travel and accommodation.

All negotiations will be conducted in the English language. In the event of any dispute the Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction and all matters settled in accordance with English Law.

By seeking a reservation and paying a deposit you agree

1.To abide by the Community Rules within the complex including informing all members of your party that this is a Naturist Resort and that Nudity is accepted as normal ‘dress code’ in communal areas. Swimwear is not allowed in the swimming pool areas.

2.To take all reasonable care of the property and report any damage to the owners or their representatives before the end of the rental period and to leave the Villa in a clean and tidy condition and to pay for any additional cleaning or repair costs in the event of damage.
